"App now generally works, but Zelle is still not working. Everything appears fine with Zelle until you hit send. Then error occurs and payment fails. App blames recipient's account, but when I do the same transactions through the website, they work. Something needs to be fixed here."

"Mediocre App. Can't transfer money with Zelle even though it 'has' zelle. Constantly deactivates biometrics. Uses security hints instead of two factor authentication. I can view and transfer funds from my own accounts which is why this app gets any stars at all. EDIT 3/17: Now the app is violating security policies on the phone, so it will no longer launch. EDIT 3/21: still can't access my accounts... Apparently my being able to bank is not a priority of this Credit Union. Negative 5 stars!"
